A special issue of the revue Theoretical Computer Science will be devoted to the third conference ``WORDS''.

Original hight quality papers are sollicited. The main feature of these papers consists essentially in non-trivial theoretical contributions for investigating the mathematical structure of words. (Complexity of words, Density or probability on words Equations, Factorisation of words, Infinite words, Theory of Codes,... the list being clearly non exhaustive).

Please submit preferably in Postscript form to each of the the editors:

• March 2002, 1st : deadline for submission
• July 2002, 1st : Notification of acceptance or rejection
• September 2002, 15th : Dead line for the definitive version (LaTeX file in TCS format).
